This product is a two-component, platinum-catalyzed liquid silicone rubber, suitable for injection molding process. It is mainly used as elastic material on the insulating pressure roller of OA equipment such as laser printers, copiers, etc.

It can be insulating or conductive. Two components (A and B) of the silicone rubber can be mixed by a proper ratio and after mixing, the mixture under a sealing condition can be used for 5 days at 20℃. The time will reduce when temperature rises.

These silicone rubbers feature high liquidity, good elastic resilience, high tear strength, stable shrinkage rate, etc. They offer good resistance to extreme temperatures, being able to operate normally from -60℃ to 250℃. With excellent properties, our silicone rubber is used for inject molding computer keyboard linings.

The cured form features good rebound ability, high tear strength, excellent thermal stability, low yellowing rate, low shrink rate, and superior anti-ageing property, etc. Due to its amazing properties, this liquid silicone rubber is largely used to make P+R cell phone keypads.

This two-component platinum catalyzed liquid silicone rubber is able to perform fast curing under low temperature conditions, i.e. below 120℃. With a mixing ratio of 1:1, it is suitable for making P+R cell phone keypads. Our silicone rubber for cell phone keypad features high transparency, good rebound ability and it is non-toxic and odorless.
