The High Voltage Insulation (HVI) Power cable Accessories LSR is a two-component platinum catalyzed voltage resistant liquid silicone rubber. The two components of this product, termed A and B, are transparent and gray respectively, and the mixing ratio for A:B should be 1:1.

It is non-reactive, stable and resistant to extreme environments and temperatures from -60℃to 230℃ while still maintaining its useful properties. Due to these properties, our solid silicone rubber is used to cold shrinkage termination, insulation tube, joint and breakout, etc.

The SSR1566 series peroxide curing solid silicone rubber-HCR/HTV silicone rubber is especially suitable for making power cable accessories by compression molding or extrusion process.
